  • All Other Countries & Regions: Shipments are directly delivered via reputable international couriers, including DHL and FedEx.

The available shipping methods may also vary depending on the size and weight of your order. You will be able to select the preferred shipping method during checkout.

2. Shipping Timeframes

2.1 Processing & Dispatch Time

– United Arab Emirates & Saudi Arabia: Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days upon successful payment confirmation.

– All Other Countries & Regions: Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days upon successful payment confirmation.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Time

– Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

– Express Shipping: 3-5 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen courier operational delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. You can view the final shipping cost before completing checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for eligible orders.

4. Order Tracking

– For customers in the United Arab Emirates & Saudi Arabia: Please contact our customer service team to enquire about your shipment progress and logistics updates.

– For customers in all other countries: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and an official link to track your shipment on the DHL or FedEx website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier system.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For orders shipped internationally, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applicable depending on your country’s local customs regulations. These additional clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend you check your local customs policies for detailed tariff information in advance.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

7. Food Product Shipping Special Notice

• All our tea products are food commodities. We adopt moisture-proof and fresh-keeping packaging to avoid deterioration during high-temperature and long-distance transportation.• Customers shall take delivery in a timely manner. Undelivered, refused or returned goods caused by personal reasons shall be borne by the buyer.• We strictly comply with food transportation regulations of the Middle East and all destination countries.
